Agricultural producers in the region will be compensated for 30% of the costs of machinery and equipment purchased in 2022 and 2023 on lease or under purchase and sale agreements. The regional Ministry of Agriculture has begun accepting applications for selection. Documents can be submitted until November 29. 526.6 million rubles have been allocated to farmers from the regional budget.
Medium and large organizations in the agro-industrial complex whose annual income does not exceed one billion rubles can count on state support. The list of subsidized machinery and equipment includes grain and forage harvesters, tractors, seeding complexes, harrows, cultivators, loaders, vans for transporting food liquids and others - a total of 55 items.
"This is a new direction, the purpose of which is to stimulate the purchase of machinery and equipment for agricultural production. We will compensate farmers for part of the previously incurred costs that were not subsidized. We expect that in the difficult situation that has developed this season during the harvest, this measure will help our agricultural producers to renew their machinery and tractor fleet for the upcoming sowing season. Part of the costs of machinery and equipment purchased this year will be reimbursed to farms in 2025," said Ilya Vasiliev,Minister of Agriculture of the Territory.
We will add that a similar support measure has been in effect for farmers in the region for the second year.
In 2022-2023, the region's farms purchased 3.9 thousand units of agricultural machinery and equipment worth more than 18 billion rubles. Including 526 tractors, 299 grain and forage harvesters, 82 seeding complexes.
