Agrarians of Stavropol receive state support at an accelerated pace

According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, state support was provided to agricultural producers in the region in the amount of about 2.1 billion rubles.
This is three times more than in the same period last year. Bringing funds to farmers at an accelerated pace is carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Governor of the Stavropol Territory. Subsidies and grants were paid to recipients in 15 areas. State support has already made it possible to subsidize about 800 recipients, including 330 K (F) Kh, Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory Sergey Izmalkov said at a briefing in the Government.
Much attention is also paid to the mechanism of agricultural insurance. So, to date, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Territory has fully subsidized insurance contracts for winter crops of the 2023 harvest. The transferred funds in the amount of 344.1 million rubles made it possible to subsidize about 450 thousand hectares, or 11% of the total sown area. Funds were paid to 88 recipients, including 10 C(F)X. Subsidizing insurance contracts for spring crops is planned for June this year.
“The mechanism of concessional lending is being actively implemented. As of today, more than 12.5 million rubles of preferential loans have been approved, which is higher than the same level of last year,” Sergey Izmalkov noted.
