She said that when introducing sanctions, Russia every time looks for ways to minimize damage to the country.

“There will be sanctions. If only we declare that we are ready to give everything we have, all our resources, all our subsoil, all our opportunities, to use for free to this very imperialist collective West, then we will immediately become good. All. And this has been the case historically,” said a Foreign Ministry representative.

Earlier, RIA Novosti reported, citing a high-ranking European source in Brussels, that the EU plans to adopt the 14th package of sanctions against Russia, which will include new measures to combat circumvention of previously introduced anti-Russian restrictions. He clarified that the foreign ministers of the EU countries plan to do this at a meeting on March 18. “We expect that a political agreement will be reached during the meeting,” the source said.
