Zakharova called the consequences of anti-Russian sanctions for Europeans

EU sanctions against Russia doom Europeans to life in conditions of exorbitant prices for fuel and electricity. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

“Brussels officials, by their actions, in fact, undermine the economy of the EU countries, from the realities of which they are cut off. They doom ordinary Europeans to the demolition of a socially oriented economic model,” she said.

Among the consequences of anti-Russian sanctions for Europeans, Zakharova called the reduction of social payments in favor of military budgets, rising inflation and mass unemployment.

According to her, Brussels forgets to add that the new anti-Russian sanctions of the European Union will be beneficial only to the United States , which "cash on the outflow of capital from the EU, increasing the supply of its weapons and liquefied natural gas to European markets at fabulous prices."
