Sanctions against the Belarusian airline Belavia are a "raider takeover" of the market and business, DIRECTOR of the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus Artem Sikorsky said on the air of the ONT TV channel.

“There is a process of suffocation. In fact, contrary to all international documents, such unprofessional decisions are made on the basis of fake news. These sanctions are actually a raider seizure of the market and business,” Sikorsky said.

He added that Minsk is cooperating with international organizations "to debunk the fakes."
