National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan did not provide details about the new package of restrictions. According to him,

The United States will soon announce new sanctions against RUSSIA, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said at a briefing (broadcast by NBC).

Sullivan said that Joe Biden , during his upcoming visit to Brussels, "will join [US] partners in new sanctions against Russia and tightening existing ones." In response to a journalist's question about the new package of measures, he said that he would not "get ahead of himself" and that the sanctions would be announced after discussions with European partners.
