As follows from the SPARK data, at the end of March, Technotech LLC, one of the largest Russian manufacturers of printed circuit boards, changed its shareholder - Kaliningrad VLV LLC became the owner of 100% of the company.
VLV, according to information on the website, specializes in the production of electronic devices - it, in particular, assembled satellite receivers for viewing the programs of the National Satellite Company (NSC, provides services under the Tricolor brand). The owner of 99% of VLV is Georgy Sokolov, the former general DIRECTOR of General Satellite-msk, which until 2017 was engaged in the sale of NSC equipment. At the same time, two sources of RBC in the electronics market claim that businessman Andrey Tkachenko became the ultimate owner of Technotech.
What is a printed circuit board
This is a dielectric plate, on which conductive tracks are applied, providing communication between the electronic components installed on the board. The boards are used in computers, smartphones, household appliances, telecommunications and industrial equipment, cars, etc.
Rogozin proposed the nationalization of the production of electronics for satellites Economics
Andrey Tkachenko is a rather closed figure, although in 2020 he was included in the rating of 200 richest businessmen in Russia according to FORBES, which estimated his fortune at $400 million. ), as well as a stake in GS Group. The latter includes General Satellite (manufacturers of set-top boxes), Prankor (cases for set-top boxes, furniture fittings, refrigerators, etc.), NPO Digital Television Systems (monitors, tablets and other consumer electronics), First Cardboard factory, sawmill "Sudoma", Dedovichskaya timber company, etc.
According to SPARK, Tkachenko owns 9% of the parent legal entity of GS Group - Concern "Innovative Technologies" JSC (90% - from the Swiss General Satellite Group AG). In early 2017, RBC St. Petersburg wrote that the FAS had agreed on a deal to sell 90% of the Innovative Technologies Concern to Univest.
A representative of the GS Group told RBC that Technotech is not part of the holding. It was not possible to contact Andrey Tkachenko and representatives of Granit LLC, which owned 100% of Technotech until recently. RBC sent a request to Technotech.

What are the prospects for Technotech
Technotech owns a plant in Yoshkar-Ola for the production of printed circuit boards up to the 6th accuracy class (used in complex portable electronics , the smallest nominal conductor width in the figure is 0.075 mm) and for assembling various electronic products to order.
The new "daughter" of "Rostec" will combine assets in the field of electronics and "iron" Technology and media
The capacities of Technotech for 2020 made it possible to produce 150 thousand square decimeters of boards per month (dm2 / month), according to a study by the Association of Electronics Developers and Manufacturers (ARPE, RBC has it). The company itself indicates on its website that now its capacity is 2 million dm2/year (that is, about 166 thousand dm2/month).
In 2019, the total volume of imports to Russia of printed circuit boards for the production of electronic modules amounted to 3.5 thousand tons, which approximately corresponds to the average monthly demand of 10 million dm2/month; and the total production capacity of Russian manufacturers of printed circuit boards (there are about two dozen of them) was estimated at about 2 million dm2/month. The ARPE study also stated that Technotech planned to increase production volumes to 500,000 dm2/month. by 2028, but subject to investments up to 2 billion rubles. in 2024-2025.
The largest printed circuit board manufacturer in Russia, Moscow-based Rezonit, had a production capacity of 200,000 dm2/month in 2020. According to the plans announced several years ago, in 2023 they should grow to 750 thousand dm2/month. However, as Ivan Pokrovsky, executive director of ARPE, explained to RBC, these dates will be slightly shifted, since Rezonit is still completing production. A spokesman for Rezonit declined to comment.
The ARPE study also stated that Technotech planned to develop the production of printed circuit boards of the highest, 7th accuracy class (conductor width - 0.050 mm), which are used in the aerospace and defense industries, the production of complex medical equipment and scientific instruments.
As Igor Moskovko, HEAD of the computer technology department of Dannie, an electronics manufacturer from Elektrostal, told RBC, several Russian manufacturers can now make printed circuit boards of the 7th accuracy class. In addition to Technotech, these are Rezonit and the Novosibirsk PS-Electro. “Another thing is what is the cost of boards made in Russia, and what is the percentage of defects. Until 2022, Russian products were uncompetitive in terms of price-quality ratio and were not used in commercial projects. Chinese productions provided guaranteed quality and acceptable terms at much lower prices,” he said.

According to BrandEssence Market Research, in 2020 the total volume of the global printed circuit board market amounted to $53.2 billion, and by 2027 it should grow to $69.3 billion. Analysts called the Taiwanese Zhen Ding Technology Holding and Unimicron Technology Corporation the largest players in this market, Japanese Nippon Mektron, American TTM Technologies and South Korean Daeduck Electronics.
As a representative of one of the participants in the Russian electronics market explained to RBC, there are almost no large-scale production of printed circuit boards in the country, the existing factories produced small batches. According to him, after the start of a special military operation in Ukraine and the imposition of sanctions, the EXPORT of printed circuit boards from the US and the EU became impossible, as well as from CHINA and Taiwan, if American equipment or technologies are used in the production of circuit boards. According to the interlocutor of RBC, the cost of the transaction for the purchase of Technotech could be about 1 billion rubles. and had to take into account the need for investment by the new owner.
