Sanctions against RUSSIA because of Navalny
Washington may impose sanctions on Moscow over the arrest of opposition leader Alexei Navalny as early as March 2, REUTERS reports, citing two sources familiar with the matter. According to the agency, Washington will impose sanctions, relying, among other things, on the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control Act of 1991.
