Medvedev called the condition for the arrest of funds of foreigners in Russia

In the event of the arrest of money from Russians and domestic companies abroad, it is necessary to respond symmetrically, said Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council. This is how he commented on the sanctions against members of the Security Council adopted in connection with the military operation in Ukraine.

According to him, RUSSIA is being intimidated that such measures will concern "just everyone, without any sanctions."

“But this will have to be answered quite symmetrically. The arrest of funds of foreigners and foreign companies in Russia according to the country principle. Or maybe the nationalization of the property of those persons who are registered in unfriendly jurisdictions, ”Medvedev wrote on his VKontakte page.

Among the "unfriendly jurisdictions" the deputy chairman of the Security Council attributed the United States , the EU countries and "a number of singing states of the Anglo-Saxon world that will take part in this."
