Lavrov called the new draft US sanctions against Russia a nervous breakdown

The draft of a new package of US sanctions against RUSSIA is a nervous breakdown, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on the air of the Big Game program on Channel One, RIA Novosti reports.

“I think it's a kind of nervous breakdown. it is in the endless assertion of their own greatness that people have reached a psychological level that is difficult to explain,” Lavrov said.

The US Senate published the draft of a new package of sanctions because of Ukraine the day before, on January 12. Russian President Vladimir Putin , Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu may be subject to restrictions . Restrictions are proposed to be imposed in the event of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, they may affect at least three Russian banks from the list, which includes Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank and others.
