Former US Ambassador Advises Trump to Impose More Sanctions on Russia

Bridget Brink, who left the post of US Ambassador to Ukraine , believes that the only way to achieve peace is to strengthen sanctions against RUSSIA. She said this in an interview with CNN.

"I advise Trump to immediately impose more sanctions," Brink said.

Russia considers the sanctions imposed against it illegal and demands that they be lifted.

Brink previously said she left her post in April because she disagreed with Trump's policy of pressure on Ukraine. Brink became the US ambassador to Ukraine under the presidencyJoe Biden , in May 2022. She was a supporter of allied military aid to Kiev.
