The European Union has published a regulation on sanctions against companies in the Russian defense, financial and space sectors.

The list of those sanctioned includes:

Alfa-Bank, Otkritie, Rossiya Bank and Promsvyazbank of the Ministry of Defense, SVR Russian Railways, Kamaz, Sovcomflot dozens of defense companies, aircraft and shipbuilding corporations, including Sukhoi, Irkut, Tupolev , USC companies in the space sector, including the Progress Rocket and Space Center.

With regard to four banks, EU citizens and institutions are prohibited from making transactions, including buying and selling, as well as investing, transactions with securities issued after April 12, 2022.

The group, which includes Almaz-Antey, Kamaz, the commercial port of Novorossiysk, Rostec, Russian Railways, Sevmash, Sovcomflot and USC, was banned by the European Union from providing investments, assisting in transactions with securities or other financial market instruments and also make deals with them.
