The European Union proposes to introduce restrictions against 200 individuals and legal entities as part of the ninth anti-Russian sanctions package, said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. According to her, the list will include military, defense enterprises, members of the State Duma and the Federation Council, ministers, governors and political parties.
Von der Leyen named the following components of the new sanctions package:
