The UK added 45 Russian individuals and legal entities, as well as one Belarusian company, to the sanctions lists, according to the website of the government of the kingdom.
In particular, the Vitebsk Design Bureau “Display” faced restrictions.
Among the Russian individuals and companies included in the list:
Jan Petrovsky, better known as Vojislav Torden, is one of the leaders of the sabotage and assault reconnaissance group (DSRG) “Rusich”, detained in Finland ; aircraft engine scientific and technical complex "Soyuz", general DIRECTOR of "Soyuz" Vasily Kritsky, as well as general designer Mkrtich Okroyan, members of his family and associated persons (on the company's website it is said that "Soyuz" is developing gas turbine drives for electric generators, gas pumping pumps (LNG) and power plants, and also “is developing a scientific concept for launching Internet rockets and satellites into space by analogy with SpaceX’s Starlink”); scientific and production enterprise "Radar mms" - developer of radio-electronic systems and complexes; Votkinsk plant (produces equipment for the oil and gas industry, nuclear energy, etc.); former co-owner of Eurochem Dmitry Strezhnev; "Radiotechkomplekt" (supply of electronic components); JSC RATEP (part of the Almaz-Antey concern)."Today's sanctions are aimed at combating Russia's repeated attempts to circumvent [the restrictions] and offset the obvious impact of UK sanctions," the government said in a statement.
Four UAE companies that help RUSSIA circumvent restrictions on Russian oil were also sanctioned .
