When importing and exporting goods to Russia, Armenia is guided by the rules of the Eurasian Economic Union, there are no other restrictions for these operations. This is how RBC was answered at the State Revenue Committee of Armenia to a request to comment on publications about Berlin's demands for Yerevan to block channels for circumventing anti-Russian sanctions.
“The customs authority of the Republic of Armenia strictly observes the legal regulations established by the law of the Eurasian Economic Union when importing goods and vehicles into the territory of the Republic of Armenia and exporting them from the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and there are no other restrictions or prohibitions,” says the response, which was signed by the Deputy Chairman committee Ashot Muradyan.
