«Я россиянин, я патриот своей страны, я не собираюсь уезжать из страны. У меня много планов по развитию социальных проектов, я люблю и продолжу развивать город Когалым и другие северные города», — сказал Алекперов. Он также напомнил о том, что у него есть музей Международного нумизматического клуба.
