The deptrans denied reports of the dismissal of those who refused vaccination due to medical withdrawal. The agency promised to "deal with the source of such information in court"

The information that unvaccinated transport workers with contraindications to vaccination are being fired in Moscow is not true, according to the TELEGRAM channel of the Moscow Department of Transport.

The agency called the data fake and promised to "deal with the source of such information in COURT." They said that employees can complain to the deptrans about violation of rights, but so far no such appeals have been received.

The department added that they comply with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor and the decree of the mayor of Moscow on mandatory vaccination against CORONAVIRUS for certain categories of citizens. According to him, almost 70% of employees of transport enterprises have now been vaccinated.

The fact that in Moscow they began to massively dismiss metro employees and tram drivers who refused to be vaccinated, including because of a medical exemption, was reported by the Open Media Telegram channel with reference to the leaders of relevant trade unions.
