“From Monday, when QR codes will already become optional in cafes and restaurants, all the requirements of the chief sanitary doctors of RUSSIA and Moscow will be observed in the same format. This also applies to nightclubs and clubs. Inspections will also be carried out on a regular basis,” he said.
