The demand for personnel in it significantly exceeds the supply, conditions are dictated by applicants, and employers are forced to agree. There is a particularly acute shortage of personnel in the regions. Alexander Rudnev (OmniLine) said,

In the world, there is a global problem with IT personnel, the market began to overheat in the fall of 2020. The first reason is that rapid changes have begun to take place in all areas of life, which require the participation of technology. Accordingly, the demand for people capable of inventing and implementing such solutions has grown.

The second reason is that people themselves began to change jobs more actively. This is surprising, because in times of uncertainty and crises, the freezing strategy has always prevailed - employees preferred to stay in their places in order to wait out difficult times. But now everything is different.

At the same time, there is a peculiarity in IT: highly qualified people work here, whose “brains” are now in great demand. And most of them are able to work remotely.
