In the Tyumen residential complex Ammonite, which has been under construction since 2005, commercial premises have been put up for sale. One of these areas of 633 square meters is being offered for 120 million rubles. The ad is posted on one of the sites for the sale of real estate.
it indicates that the construction of the house is at the final stage. At the same time, the exact date of delivery of the object is not reported.
Anton Leskin, HEAD of the sale and lease of commercial real estate of the federal company Etazhi, told RBC Tyumen about the peculiarities of buying unfinished buildings.
“Unfinished commercial facilities are not as profitable as it might seem initially, because at the start of sales, owners often not only want to recoup their investment in construction, but also make good money. In practice, it happens that it is cheaper to buy a ready-made object and immediately rent it out than to buy an unfinished one that requires additional investments,” the expert said.
