More than 700 children were vaccinated in Tatarstan with the
first component of the Sputnik M vaccine, 701 children were vaccinated in the republic.
“701 children were vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine against covid-19 ,” Deputy Minister of HEALTH of Tatarstan Vladimir Zhavoronkov said at a press conference at the Tatar-Inform news agency.
According to him, a quarter of the incoming Sputnik M vaccine was used up in Tatarstan in a week. Vaccination of minors started in the region on January 26.
On February 3, the HEAD of the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan, Marat Sadykov, announced that 504 children were being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals. According to him, a reserve hospital was prepared for minors on the basis of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital on Safiullina Street.
Lyubov Avdonina said today that 10 schools have been completely closed for quarantine in the republic, 2.5 thousand classes have been sent for separation.
“Today, 10 schools are completely closed in the republic, in which 2,833 students study. And 2,560 classes are partly separated, which is 57,829 students,” said Lyubov Avdonina, deputy head of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan.
