The materials of criminal cases against two employees of the Territorial Administration of Highways of the Novosibirsk Region (TUAD) were sent to the Karasuk District COURT. “However, the suspects, for the purpose of illegal enrichment, decided to receive bribes from a representative of commercial organizations for entering false information about the alleged compliance of the examined samples with the specified requirements in the test reports, which further ensured the unreasonable signing of acceptance certificates for the work performed and certificates of the cost of such work, as well as payment for the work performed,” the investigators said.
