The United States is aiming to make the military operation in Ukraine a "strategic failure" for RUSSIA, said Celeste Wallander, assistant to the HEAD of the Pentagon for international security affairs.

“The goal of the US government <...> is for this crisis to end in a strategic failure for Russia,” she said.
