The investment project of the AIC Stolypino in Bashkiria will receive priority status, the company will be able to claim tax preferences. This decision was made at Investchas with the HEAD of the region, Radiy Khabirov. Stolypino plans to create berry orchards with an area of 460 hectares in the Birsk and Kushnarenkovsky districts of the republic. Cherry, black elderberry, echinacea and chokeberry will be grown here for the processing enterprises of the republic.
Investments in the project will amount to 271 million rubles, in 2022 the investor plans to prepare the land, in the next - to plant the first seedlings. During the peak season, up to 100 people will work in the gardens.
Also, the company has already built its own processing center, finished products - berries, juices and purees from them - will be supplied to federal retail chains. In November 2020, Radmir Galeev, Commercial DIRECTOR of APK Stolypino, at Investchas, presented a project to launch berry processing in the Kushnarenkovsky District with a total investment of 100 million rubles.
The company intends to build glamping on the territory of garden lands for the development of agro-tourism. According to Radmir Galeev, residents of the region are interested in helping with the harvest.

Therefore, we will definitely help in this interesting matter. And, of course, we are waiting for a tourist project at Investchas,” said the head of the region, Radiy Khabirov.
In the summer of 2021, a representative of the Stolypino APK informed RBC Ufa about plans to build a tourist complex with a botanical garden, goat and poultry farms, a honey house and a CHEESE FACTORY in the Kushnarenkovsky district of Bashkiria. it is also planned to organize sport fishing, set up vineyards, build a small winery, as well as build glampings, chalets, a-frame houses, a wake park and other facilities on the territory. According to the investor, the construction of objects in the tourist complex, excluding the costs of communications and road construction, will cost 120-130 million rubles.
