In RUSSIA, 4,651 people have been hospitalized over the past 24 hours, which is 126.4% more than on September 19, when 2,054 people were admitted to the hospital with CORONAVIRUS, reports the operational headquarters for combating infection.

In just one day, 46,474 new cases of covid-19 were registered, 52,194 people recovered, 98 people died.

Most of the infected were detected in Moscow - 4171 new cases. In second place is St. Petersburg (4110 cases), in third place is the Voronezh region (1958 cases). Then follow the Samara (1903) and Sverdlovsk regions (1832).

Over the entire period of the pandemic in Russia, more than 20 million people have been infected with coronavirus, about 380 thousand people have died.
