From June 15 to July 15, exercises were held to ensure the sustainable, safe and holistic functioning of the Internet, indicated in the materials of the working group "Information Security" at the ANO "Digital Economy" (responsible for the implementation of the national program of the same name). The documents do not indicate what the exercises were about and how they ended. it is only noted that it is planned to prepare and agree on reporting materials before August 31. RBC's source in the telecommunications market said that "all Big Four operators, as well as Rostelecom, Transtelecom and ER-Telecom Holding, took part in the exercise." “The purpose of the exercise is to determine the possibility of Runet operation in the event of external distortions, blocking and other threats.
