In the Perm Territory, the mask regime may be canceled. Governor Dmitry Makhonin announced this during a live broadcast.

The HEAD of the region noted that the remaining restrictive measures could be lifted in the coming days, discussions are underway with epidemiologists.

Earlier, RBC Perm reported that restrictive measures related to the spread of CORONAVIRUS infection were extended in the Kama region until May 31, 2022. 

Of the remaining restrictions for residents of the Perm Territory, there is the need to wear masks in public transport, shops, shopping centers, pharmacies, banks, parking lots, elevators and other places that involve mass gatherings of people. This measure is regulated by the Decree of the Chief Sanitary DOCTOR of the Russian Federation.

Anti-epidemic requirements regarding the disinfection of premises, maintaining a safe social distance, etc. are also mandatory.
