The headquarters of the Kuban told whether anti-covid measures will be tightened in the region

In the Krasnodar Territory, there are no plans to introduce additional restrictive measures for CORONAVIRUS. This was announced by the operational headquarters of the region.

“The sanitary and epidemiological situation in the region is characterized as stable. However, in recent days there has been an increase in the number of recorded cases of covid-19  - more than 100 people daily. At the moment, no additional restrictions are planned. But this decision largely depends on the pace of vaccination in the region and the formation of herd immunity, ”the headquarters commented.

According to the press service of the administration of Novorossiysk, the city will strengthen control over compliance with the mask regime in public transport, shopping malls, taxis, train stations, enterprises, common areas of apartment buildings, and medical organizations.

As a reminder, the region is on high alert until June 25. Residents and guests of the Kuban must use masks in crowded places and maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters. In the region, there is still a ban on holding entertainment, entertainment, cultural events with the presence of people in person, with the exception of cases prescribed in the decree.

As RBC Krasnodar reported, more than 100 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in the Krasnodar Territory for the fifth day in a row. The daily incidence has been increasing in the region since June 9.
