In the Krasnodar Territory, 521 new cases of COVID-19 were detected per day

As of December 21, 521 cases of CORONAVIRUS were detected in the Krasnodar Territory. This is reported by the operational headquarters of the region.

The number of new cases has risen in 35 municipalities in the region. In Krasnodar, 267 cases were confirmed, in Armavir - 22, in Sochi - 20, in the Dinsky district - 18, in Anapa - 15, in the Tikhoretsky district - 14, in the Caucasus - 13 and 11 - in the Crimean. 10 cases each in Leningrad and Tbilisi municipalities, 8 each in Apsheron, Yeysk, Slavyansk and Temryuk.

In the territories of the Kalininsky, Novokubansky and Tuapse regions, 7 infected were identified. 6 patients each in Gulkevichsky, Krasnoarmeisky, Primorsko-Akhtarsky and Starominsk municipalities. 5 each - in Otradnensky, Timashevsky, Uspensky and Gelendzhik. In Beloglinsky, Krylovsky and Novopokrovsky districts, 4 new cases of covid-19 each . 3 each - in Kurganinsky and Seversky. In Belorechensky — 2. 1 covid patient in Vyselkovsky, Pavlovsky, Ust-Labinsk municipalities and in Novorossiysk.

At the same time, 790 people were discharged with recovery per day. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 89,974 have recovered. 22 patients have died in a day, lethal cases in the Kuban have reached 9,541.

According to the Ministry of HEALTH of the region, 97 residents are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, 5 on ECMO. 4,674 people continue hospital treatment with suspected coronavirus infection, of which 2,631 patients have a confirmed diagnosis. The incidence rate per 100 thousand population is 2000.
