The authorities of the Krasnodar Territory have eased restrictions on the check-in of tourists in hotels and allowed children up to 14 years of age to be accommodated without certificates and negative results for CORONAVIRUS. This is stated in the message on the website of the regional administration.
Previously, certificates and test results did not need to be presented only for children under six years of age.
Now the rules say that a negative coronavirus test result received no earlier than three days before arrival, or a certificate of having suffered covid-19, must be presented to tourists aged 15 to 18 years.

In July, adults will still be able to check-in with a negative PCR test for coronavirus, a certificate of past illness or a certificate of vaccination.

Earlier on Friday, the province reported that the increase in the number of infections at resorts this week was 11.5%. In total, 1,724 cases of COVID-19 have been detected in resorts since May, of which 58 are organized tourists and 24 are employees of spa organizations.
The HEAD of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratiev, announced on June 24 that restrictions on settling in boarding houses, sanatoriums and hotels were introduced. He explained that the number of infected people is growing in the region, in particular, more and more imported cases of COVID-19 are being detected in resorts.

According to its data, 30% of the tourists of the companies surveyed by the association refused tours in July, and 70% in August.
As a result of the measures introduced, the Krasnodar Territory may lose from 40 billion to 55 billion rubles, ATOR experts calculated.
Job search service SuperJob conducted a survey of citizens and found that only 3% of respondents are ready to get vaccinated against coronavirus for the sake of relaxing in Black Sea resorts. More than half (53%) said they were not ready to be vaccinated anyway.
Against this background, the authorities introduced some relaxations in relation to the initial restrictions, including allowing them to settle on a certificate of illness if recovery has occurred in the past six months.
