“I ask you to prepare a decree stating that from July 1 we will impose a restriction on service at public catering establishments from one in the morning to 6:00, with the exception of those enterprises that by this time will enter the zone of the coronavirus-free and will be included in the register<... >. Definitely, nightclubs and closed-type night dance floors should be banned for at least three weeks, ”the head of Chuvashia said.
