The Tyumen authorities will begin to control all long-term construction projects in the region. A new clause has been added to the law “On the regulation of urban development in the Tyumen region”, which will oblige the government to form a regional register of unfinished capital construction projects. The document signed by the governor is published on the official portal of legal information.
“Introduce part 2 of article 3 of the Law of the Tyumen region dated 03.06.2005 No. 385 to amend, supplementing it with paragraph 4.7 of the following content: the formation and maintenance of a regional register of unfinished capital construction projects,” the document states.
The law comes into force from the day of its official publication.
RBC Tyumen reported that the Tyumen prosecutors took control of the construction of apartment buildings built with the involvement of funds from equity holders. The objects were planned to be handed over at the end of last year. In addition, in the Tyumen residential complex Ammonite, which has been under construction since 2005, commercial premises have been put up for sale. One of these areas of 633 square meters is being offered for 120 million rubles.
