The Labor Inspectorate visited the Perm departments of Sinsay and Calvin Klein

The Labor Inspectorate in the Perm Territory conducted preventive visits to Sinsay and Calvin Klein stores. Their purpose was to warn about violations of labor laws in connection with the possible suspension of activities in RUSSIA. This was reported by the press service of the State Labor Inspectorate in the Perm Territory.

As a result, Sinsay and Calvin Klein stores were issued warnings of administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of up to 70 thousand rubles. and disqualification of the HEAD of the organization for up to 3 years.

In addition, clarifications were given to the requirements of labor legislation in the event of the introduction of part-time work, the suspension of production, the announcement of downtime, the provision of unpaid leave to employees, the reduction of employees and liquidation, the organization must comply with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. Trade centers posted leaflets on the protection of workers' rights.

Earlier, RBC Perm reported that the state labor inspectorate in the Perm Territory received a response to a warning stating that KFS Piramida LLC is a Russian company operating on the basis of a franchise agreement. The KFS company did not make a decision to suspend the activities of restaurants by a legal entity.

Prior to this, the Labor Inspectorate in the Perm Territory carried out preventive visits, during which the managers and employees of car dealerships were given explanations that in the event of a closure, downtime is paid in the amount of at least two-thirds of the average salary of an employee.

Based on the results of the preventive visit, a warning was issued about the inadmissibility of violating the labor rights of employees of auto centers of Vostok Motors LLC, Obukhov Autoservice LLC, Forward-Auto LLC, Bright Park Service LLC, Drive Auto LLC, Toyota Center Ural CJSC ”, LLC “Vega-Motors”.
