Kostylevskiy also noted that in the territory of the Novosibirsk region there are 41 traffic interruptions on dirt roads due to the flood season, most of which are located in the Kuibyshev region. According to the HEAD of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Viktor Orlov, bus communication with five districts of the region has now been interrupted due to road erosion.
