The Central Bank of RUSSIA issued a license to A-Investments as a professional participant in the securities market   . This was reported on the website of the regulator.

After receiving it, the company will be able to carry out brokerage, dealer and depository activities.

On April 1, A- Investments   was created by the sanctioned Alfa-Bank and its employees. At the same time, the bank owns 34%, Sergey Rybakov and Ilya Vasiliev, who previously were engaged in the brokerage business of Alfa, own 33% shares. Since the bank owns less than 50% in the new structure, it is not subject to sanctions restrictions.
