Bailiffs in the Kama region recovered 1 million rubles. from the district administration

The bailiffs recovered 1 million rubles from the administration of the Karagai municipal district. for non-execution of COURT decisions on ensuring fire safety in the territories included in the municipality. This was reported by the press service of the UFSSP for the Perm region.

Earlier, the court twice fined local authorities for failing to take fire-fighting measures. For three years, officials failed to provide the territories of Rozhdestvensky and Kozmodemyansky rural settlements with water supplies for firefighting purposes and did not create conditions for water intake at any time of the year.

For non-execution by the debtor of executive documents containing non-property requirements related to ensuring fire safety within the time period newly established by the bailiff after the decision to impose an administrative fine, the administration of the Karagai municipal district was twice found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2.1 of Art. 17.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. In total, the legal entity was obliged to pay a fine of 1 million rubles. Attempts to appeal the court decisions were unsuccessful.

Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution.
