The board of directors of the Kalashnikov arms concern approved the former HEAD of Tekhmash, Vladimir Lepin, as the company's general DIRECTOR, the company's press service reported.

“By decision of the Board of Directors, Vladimir Lepin, who previously headed JSC NPK Tekhmash and JSC NPO SPLAV named after A.N. Ganichev, as well as being the general designer of TsNIITOCHMASH JSC, the report said.

As specified in the company, the former CEO Dmitry Tarasov, who headed the enterprise since 2019, left the position of his own free will. “An important stage has been completed, so I decided to move on. I gave Kalashnikov 7 years of my life, and he will forever remain in my heart, ”said Tarasov.
