“The absolute parameters of the incidence in Moscow are still quite high, but nevertheless, the dynamics are positive. Over the week, the number of cases decreased by a third, and the number of hospitalizations by 15%," Sobyanin said.

According to the mayor, over the past three days, about 1,000 beds have been vacated in the capital for the treatment of patients with COVID-19, “large clinics, such as the Filatov hospital, have begun to be transferred to normal scheduled work.” However, Sobyanin admitted, the situation in the city's clinics is still tense.
