Investigators opened a criminal case after an accident involving two buses on a highway in the Novousmansky district of the Voronezh region, in which two people died, the press service of the Investigative Committee of RUSSIA reported.

The case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence”).

Investigators found that as a result of a collision between a Ford Transit minibus and a Setra regular bus, two passengers of the minibus were killed, another 15 of its passengers were injured, they were hospitalized.
