Sber opened the first new-format office in the South

Sber opened a new format office in Rostov. The new branch of Sberbank offers all traditional banking services. Employees work with tablets, and all cash transactions are performed by an electronic cashier.

Innovative ATMs combine modern design, materials and technologies, intuitive ergonomics. Their shape resembles a smartphone, and the interface resembles familiar Sber mobile apps. In addition, biometrics has made it possible to serve customers without a card or other physical media.

Also in the new office, you can send and receive a package, order and receive HEALTH products at SBER EAPTEKE, connect to the Okko multimedia service, test the SberPortal smart display, get a special offer from the Delivery Club and SberMarket services, buy movie tickets or order a taxi. Here you can also drink coffee or have a friendly meeting, and young guests can get acquainted with the animated characters of Soyuzmultfilm and educational games. The new office is also specially equipped for visitors with limited mobility.

According to Yevgeny Titov, Chairman of the South-Western Bank of Sberbank, it is planned to open 20 more new offices in the South of RUSSIA.

“We launched Sber's flagship office in Rostov, and by the end of the year we will open more than 20 such “centers of attraction” in the southern cities of the country with a “seamless” client experience and the ability to save time and money by obtaining a wide range of services in one place. Also, our renovated offices are additionally adapted for people of different mobility, generations and forms of employment,” Titov explained.
