RUSSIA has restored regular flights with nine countries on a reciprocal basis. The decision to resume flights was made by the operational headquarters.

Air traffic has resumed with the Bahamas, Iran, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Slovenia, Tunisia, Thailand and Sweden. 

Now two flights a week are organized from Moscow to Nassau (Bahamas). Planes fly to Tehran (Iran) with a frequency of three flights a week from Moscow and one flight a week from Sochi. The Netherlands can be reached from Moscow by routes Moscow - Amsterdam (seven flights a week) and Moscow - Eindhoven (two flights a week). Also, planes from St. Petersburg, Zhukovsky, Yekaterinburg and Kaliningrad fly to Amsterdam with a frequency of two flights a week.

Flights from St. Petersburg to Norway and Sweden have resumed: planes fly twice a week to Bergen and Oslo (Norway) and to Stockholm and Gothenburg (Sweden). From Moscow, you can get to Muscat (Oman) by two flights a week and to Ljubljana (Slovenia) by three.

Flights to countries with which Russia has resumed flights are possible if the requirements for arriving tourists are met. The Russian Sputnik V vaccine is recognized in Iran, Oman, Slovenia, Thailand, and Tunisia.

Those who are not vaccinated must be quarantined for 14 days, as well as two additional PCR tests at their own expense.

To travel to Sweden, you need to present a certificate of vaccination and a negative PCR test done no later than 48 hours before arrival in the country, the country's government reports.
