Andrey Kelin untimely

The issue of a complete severance of relations between Moscow and London is untimely, said Russian Ambassador to the UK Andrey Kelin on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel. He also pointed out that his statements two weeks ago about the likelihood of such an outcome were misinterpreted.

According to Kaelin, RUSSIA is not currently at war with Britain and does not have "so hot" topics to argue with London. “We have no territorial claims or anything else, and posing the question in this vein (about the likelihood of a break in relations.), I think, it is now untimely,” the Russian ambassador explained, answering the question of how high the probability of a complete break in relations is between Russia and Great Britain.

He added that now the embassies of both countries are "especially needed."

Two weeks ago, on March 2, Kelin said that the possibility of a break in diplomatic relations between Moscow and London "always remains", adding that the countries are not at war.
