Antonov decided to remind Jenkins that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the Munich conference in February threatened to reconsider the country's renunciation of nuclear weapons. it is enshrined in the Budapest Memorandum, which provides for guarantees of the security and territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state in exchange for a nuclear-free regime.
