Press Secretary of the President of RUSSIA Dmitry Peskov called the report that Vladimir Putin put on a bulletproof vest during the New Year's address, the Daily Storm reports.

“This is complete nonsense! The guys obviously overdid it on New Year’s Eve,” he said.
