Press Secretary of the President of RUSSIA Dmitry Peskov called the report that Vladimir Putin put on a bulletproof vest during the New Year's address, the Daily Storm reports.
“This is complete nonsense! The guys obviously overdid it on New Year’s Eve,” he said.
Previously, blogger Alexander Gorny wrote in an op-ed for Ekho Moskvy that because of the “incomprehensible” style of the coat, some people suggested that this year the president recorded the speech in a bulletproof vest.
