Peskov described 2022 with the phrase “does not bode well”

“The year was difficult, indeed, in terms of the pandemic, probably, the beginning year also does not bode well for us. it is clear that a certain number of next waves are ahead of us, ”Peskov said (quoted by TASS).

At the same time, Peskov also noted positive aspects. According to him, the Russian economy has already got out of the covid hole. “That is, for the development of the economy. No longer anti-crisis, but regular, normal development of the economy. Which, in fact, is the main goal, ”he explained.

Over the past 24 hours, 23,721 cases of coronavirus have been detected in Russia. This is the lowest daily increase in cases since the end of September. In total, more than 10.3 million cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Russia since the beginning of the pandemic. After undergoing treatment, 9.2 million people recovered.
