Permians, who disagree with the introduction of the QR code regime, wrote a collective letter to the prosecutor's office with a request to review the Decree of the Governor of the Perm Territory dated August 20, 2020 No. 121 "On measures taken in connection with the threat of the spread of a new CORONAVIRUS infection ( covid-19 ) in Perm region” for legality and compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the letter (available to RBC Perm) states that residents of Perm and the Perm Territory demand the lifting of restrictions on entry to public catering organizations, educational, cultural and sports institutions in the Perm Territory, the lifting of restrictions on the provision of services, sale of non-food products, performance of work for citizens in shopping centers, malls, non-food retail outlets in the Perm Territory. The text of the letter was published by entrepreneur Nadezhda Tryanzina in a group on the social network Vkontakte.
According to RBC Perm, over 250 signatures have been collected at the time of publication. The initiator of the letter stated that she had no targets for the number of signatures and "we will apply with any number of signatures."
Earlier, RBC Perm reported that ways began to appear on the Internet to circumvent the requirement of the authorities of the Kama region to let people into public places using a QR code. Experts warn about the scheme of fakes, recommending special software for checking QR codes. A number of lawyers called the forgery of codes falling under the article on forgery of documents.
