In the Kuban, 534 people fell ill with COVID-19 per day

In the Krasnodar region, as of December 22, 534 new cases of CORONAVIRUS infection were recorded, the operational headquarters reports.

Among the sick, almost half are in Krasnodar - 215 cases. There are 40 infected people in Dinsky district, 37 in Novorossiysk, 27 in Bryukhovetsky district, and 23 in Seversky district. Nine positive results in Krasnoarmeisky, Kavkazsky, Labinsk, Pavlovsky, Tikhoretsky and Abinsk - 7 each.

Residents in Timashevsky and Apsheronsky districts received 6 positive tests for covid. In Anapa - 5 infected, 4 each in Primorsko-Akhtarsky, Yeysk, Kalininsky, Kanevsky and Novokubansky. 3 people fell ill in Slavyansky, Starominsky, Tuapse, Uspensky and Crimean regions. 2 each - in Kurganinsky, Novopokrovsky, Beloglinsky and Gelendzhik. In Ust-Labinsk and Korenovsky districts, they received 1 resident each.

In the region, 624,656 residents have already applied to medical organizations with suspected coronavirus. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 114,239 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed. The incidence rate per 100 thousand population is 2010.

Over the entire period of recovery, 90927 people were discharged, 9561 patients could not be saved.

Today, 4,622 people are being treated in hospitals in the region, including 2,558 patients with covid-19 . 86 people are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, 5 are on ECMO.
