Access to events and a number of facilities is carried out only with the use of QR codes for vaccination against covid-19 or a previous disease (certificate of medical exemption from vaccination). The list includes business, leisure, entertainment, entertainment, cultural events, fitness clubs, consumer facilities, shopping malls and shopping malls. Also, employees of the regional administration and departments are allowed to work using a QR code.

Residents and guests of the region, as before, must use masks in crowded places, including when visiting trade facilities, consumer services, train stations, in transport, in parking lots, in elevators and in other public crowded places.

The requirement to maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters remains in force. Organizations and individual entrepreneurs are required to ensure that the mask regime is observed by employees and visitors.

Residents with respiratory diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular and other chronic diseases, as well as all citizens over 65 years old, must observe the self-isolation regime.
