On Don over the weekend, the number of deaths from COVID-19 exceeded 4.6 thousand people

In the Rostov region, the total number of victims of covid-19 has increased to 4610 people. Another 11 deaths among patients with COVID-19 were recorded on Saturday, June 19. On Sunday, June 20, no deaths were registered. This follows from the data published by the information policy department of the regional government.

In total, according to the results of the weekend, 324 people were infected with CORONAVIRUS, and 357 patients were discharged from hospitals. The cumulative total number of cases was 97,352, and those who recovered - 89,225. 1,063 patients receive treatment in hospitals. 10 people are in serious condition on invasive ventilation, 121 are on non-invasive ventilation.

According to the latest data, 534,179 people were vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection, 3,261 per day. 433,233 people completed vaccination (double administration of the vaccine), 1,798 per day.

In June, on the Don, the daily number of recovered patients began to regularly exceed the number of cases. This trend continues to this day. According to the Minister of HEALTH of the Rostov Region Yuri Kobzev, at the moment there have been no cases of complications after vaccination against COVID-19 in the Don region.

In early June of this year, some of the covid restrictions for theaters were lifted on the Don. In particular, the Don theaters, cinemas, museums, the Philharmonic can now receive 75% of visitors.
