More than 62% of Russians over 60 have received the first component of the covid-19 vaccine , HEALTH Minister Mikhail Murashko said on the RUSSIA 1 TV channel.
“The main thing that is directly critical for us today is life-saving, this is the category of people over 60 years old. And we see that in this age category of people who received the vaccine, the first component has already made up more than 62%,” he said, adding that this is a good result.

Earlier, the deputy mayor of the capital for social development, Anastasia Rakova, said that over the year, 1.4 million Muscovites over 60 were vaccinated with at least one component.
